Why do we put management at the top of our list?

It should be a ‘given’ that you get superb design and excellent craftsmanship, all for a reasonable and clearly outlined cost, but what about pulling all of the elements together, so that the project runs smoothly and on time?

We have heard, all too often, about builders running out of materials, the electrician being booked too early and the whole project grinding to a halt or costing twice as much, through having to pay for ‘fitting you in’ trades people.

We pride ourselves on exceptional first-class leadership and management of projects, large or small. Management of a project is vital, if you want the experience to be good. There are never unnecessary delays because the simplest of things was not considered.

We hold weekly or fortnightly report meetings with you: not just a quick informal chat, but a professionally written report, clearly defining (in laymen’s terms) where the project is along the timeline and also finding out whether you have any concerns.

“I suppose that this all gets put in the cost?” Not at all – we believe in bringing up the standards and behaving in a way which you would and should expect, with anything less being just that … less.
