You will be a commercially aware professional with a minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience, along with excellent communications and team skills.

The role involves the preparation and submission of tenders, ranging in value £200k–£3m. The process will include using the latest estimating software and require excellent face-to-face negotiation skills. You will be based at our Gillingham office and be required to meet clients as the first representative of the company. A tidy office and tie done up to the top button are essential!

Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated site manager. You will be responsible for delivering the highest levels of customer service and require strong leadership and management skills to organise the day-to-day running of our sites.

Working Foreman and Carpenters Required
We are looking for working foreman and carpenters to join our building & specialist works teams. Package negotiable, depending on experience.
